KATHMANDU, Feb 5: A writ petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the ordinance issued to provide various facilities to the leaders of the ruling and the opposition parties in Koshi province.
Advocates Kapil Dev Dhakal and Rajendra Prasad Dangal filed the petition in the apex court on Monday. They have demanded the cancellation of the ordinance issued against the constitution.
