KATHMANDU, Dec 11: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Yuvaraj Neupane has registered his candidacy for the post of party’s president, under its 14th General Convention, currently underway at Kathmandu.
Stating that the leaders who have announced their candidacy have not been able to assimilate the agendas of transforming the party despite the agendas raised for a change in party’s leadership, Neupane decided to file his candidacy for the post of party’s president.

Urging the party members to not take his candidacy lightly, Neupane said that he nominated his candidacy in order to change the party’s leadership, to transform and to embrace the concerns of the new generation.
