11 NSU activists arrested for protesting in front of parliament building

KATHMANDU, May 12: At least 11 activists from the Nepal Student Union (NSU), the student wing of the Nepali Congress, have been arrested for protesting in front of the Parliament building in New Baneshwar, Kathmandu.

KATHMANDU, May 12: At least 11 activists from the Nepal Student Union (NSU), the student wing of the Nepali Congress, have been arrested for protesting in front of the Parliament building in New Baneshwar, Kathmandu.


They staged a protest on Friday against Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane. During the demonstration, the police arrested 11 individuals.
