KATHMANDU, Jan 4: Police arrested 12 banda enforcers from Kalimati area today for their attempt to force the market to shut.
Those people who have claimed to be victims of the road expansion drive in the Kathmandu Valley organized a Kathmandu valley banda today to protest the road expansion drive.
The arrestees have been kept at Nepal Police Club at Exhibition road. RSS
