KATHMANDU, Dec 11: In Kirtipur, an Armed Police Force (APF) constable was killed after being hit by a school bus.
Subash Chandra Ratela, 29, died when the school bus (Na 1 ka 1612), which was going from Balkhu to Chobhar, hit his bike around 8AM.

Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office Assistant Spokesperson Rajendra Prasad Bhatt said that he died at 10:32 am at Vayodha Hospital in the course of treatment.
Bhatt said, "The deceased Ratela used to work at the Central Office of the APF, Halchowk”.
The school bus driver has been detained by the police and an investigation is underway.
