KATHMANDU, March 14: Applications for the Korean language test are open under the Employment Permit System (EPS). The EPS Korea branch today issued a notice requesting applications from interested Nepali citizens for the language test.
The South Korean government will take 9,654 Nepali people from Nepal for employment in 2022. Of these, Korea is preparing to move 6,913 to the productive sector and 2,741 to agriculture and animal husbandry. According to the branch, the selection of Nepali workers will be increased based on the demand of workers in Korea.

The branch has stated that people can fill the application forms from March 28 to April 4 to participate in the language test. The test will include a language test as well as a skill test. The application form fee will be USD 24.
Among those who have applied, the language and skill tests of the first phase in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry will be held from May 9 to May 27 while the second phase test will be held from June 7 to June 30. Similarly, the language and skill tests of the first phase in the field of the productive sector will be held from July 4 to August 26 while the second phase test will be held from September 1 to October 2.
Likewise, the results of the first phase of the language test in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry will be published on June 7 and the results of the second phase will be published on July 7. Similarly, the results of the language test conducted in the first phase for the productive sector will be published on September 1 and the second phase results will be published on October 13.
