Author Archana Thapa's story collection 'Kathaputla' was released in an event organized on Monday at Shilpee Theater. 


The book was jointly launched by Dr Abhi Subedi, Author Nayanraj Pandey and Yeshodha Timilsina in an event. In the event Archana informed that the book has eight short stories and the stories were formed because of her habit of questioning. She added, "The stories in the book are not for experiment but they are what I wanted to share."

Meanwhile, talking about the book Nayanraj shared taht the book 'Kathaputla' is in his favorite top 10 lists that he has read till this date. He added, "The stories presented in the book has rare characters and settings. This book has challenged the old tradition of writing and has been successful to do so."


Likewise, Dr Abhi also expressed, "There is a new style of writing story in the book. The stories are realistic yet she has not left the tradition as well. This collection of story will definitely create a discussion." The book has been published by Akshar Creations and it was informed that the money from the sales of the book will be donated to the flood victims.
