Armed Police Force to provide free bus service in Kathmandu Valley on Dashain Tika

KATHMANDU, Oct 23: The Armed Police Force (APF) is set to offer complimentary bus services within the Kathmandu Valley on the occasion of Vijaya Dashami (Tika) this coming Tuesday. This initiative aims to facilitate the transportation of the general public during the festive Dashain Tika celebrations.

KATHMANDU, Oct 23: The Armed Police Force (APF) is set to offer complimentary bus      services within the Kathmandu Valley on the occasion of Vijaya Dashami (Tika) this coming Tuesday. This initiative aims to facilitate the transportation of the general public during the festive Dashain Tika celebrations.

The free bus services will operate on two designated routes, commencing at 8:30 AM and 4 PM.


The first bus with registration number Ba 1 Ga 2591 will run from Nepal Police Headquarters in Naxal to a route encompassing Baluwatar, Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, New Bus Park, Balaju, Swayambhu, Kalanki, Balkhu, Satdobato, Lagankhel, Jawalakhel, Thapathali, Maitighar, Putlisdak, Krishnapauroti, Jai Nepal, and back to Naxal.


Similarly, the second bus (Ba 1 Ga 2608) will operate from Nepal Police Headquarters in Naxal to Ratopul, Gaushala, Airport, Koteshwar, Naya Thimi, Sallaghari, Suryavinayak Chowk, and return to Naxal via Koteshwar, Gaushala, Chabahil, Sukedhara, Maharajganj, Teaching Hospital, Baluwatar, and then back to Naxal.


These free bus services aim to enhance the convenience of the public during the Dashain Tika celebrations in the Kathmandu Valley.
