Ashok Pokharel elected NATO president

KATHMANDU, Feb 7: Ashok Pokharel has been elected as the president of Nepal Association of Tour Operators (NATO).

KATHMANDU, Feb 7: Ashok Pokharel has been elected as the president of Nepal Association of Tour Operators (NATO). 


According to a statement issued on Sunday, the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the association unanimously elected 13 members of the new executive committee.

The new executive committee will be in office for the next three years. 


While Manohar SJB Rana has been elected as the first vice president, Shibesh Shrestha is the second vice president in the new executive committee. Similarly, Amar Bahadur Shahi, Suraj Lamichhane and Abhishek Bikram Shah have been elected as the general secretary, secretary and treasurer, respectively. 


Likewise, Dorjee Sherpa, Shikhar Prasai, Jugesh Shrestha, Rupesh Joshi, Shiva Chandra Neupane, Bishwesh Shrestha, and Kalyan Raj Sharma have been elected as the members of the new executive committee.
