BABIYACHOUR, (Myagdi), July 2: Transport service along the Beni-Jomsom road section, linking Mustang district with national highway, has been completed obstructed from Friday afternoon.

The road section was obstructed after two big boulders have fallen from a cliff at Dana VDC-3 in the district.

Chief at the Dana Police Post, Assistant Sub-Inspector Soman Chhantyal said that they could not remove the boulders even after using the dozer.

Similarly, landslide has occurred at Kavre cliff located at border of Myagdi and Mustang, obstructing the traffic along 76-kilometer Brni-Jomsom section.

Locals, tourists and pilgrims have been facing problems after the obstruction of road. Chhantyal said that although efforts have been made from early morning to resume the traffic by mobilizing locals, police personnel and dozer, continuous rainfall has been creating problems. RSS
