In Tuesday's House of Representatives meeting, MP Suwal, while presenting a notice of opposition to the proposal seeking permission to introduce the 'Disappeared Persons Investigation, Truth Finding and Reconciliation Commission (Third Amendment) Bill, 2079', said that the bill did not bring justice to the victims. He said that the victims were not informed about the provisions of the bill. He also said that the bill gives immunity to the perpetrators.
