KATHMANDU, July 18: A senior leader of the CPN-UML, Bhim Rawal who was also a member of parliament resigned from his post on Sunday afternoon.

Stating that he won’t be involved in ‘immoral political games’, Rawal resigned. Rawal, who was also a member of the task force formed to resolve the intraparty rift within the CPN-UML from the Madhav Kumar Nepal-led faction, also expressed his dissatisfaction over the faction’s decision to vote in favour of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
