British College, Kathmandu signed MoU with Kazakh British Technical University

Founder and CEO of The British College, Rajen Kandel signed an MoU with the Rector,  Kenzhebek Ibrashev, Kazakh British Technical University, Almaty on student exchange program and the visit of TBC students to KBTU and vice versa with possibilities of dual degree programs with appropriate British Universities at BG Hall, Kazakhstan.

Founder and CEO of The British College, Rajen Kandel signed an MoU with the Rector,  Kenzhebek Ibrashev, Kazakh British Technical University, Almaty on student exchange program and the visit of TBC students to KBTU and vice versa with possibilities of dual degree programs with appropriate British Universities at BG Hall, Kazakhstan. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a non-binding agreement between two parties that sets forth the key terms of potential, soon to follow the binding agreement as per a press statement released by British College .


It added that Muhammad Sheraz, Vice-rector for internationalization spoke about the KBTU highlighting relevant information and strengths of the university.

Kandel informed about the main focus of the meeting, which was the discussion on possible ways of cooperation. This MoU lays down a path for the KBTU’s students visit and study at TBC Nepal or Dubai. According to the press statement by the college the MoU will provide a significant opportunity for student recruitment from Nepal and India. It also highlights the possibilities of dual degree programs with appropriate British Universities.
