Cabinet will be given full shape soon: Chief Minister Sharma

KATHMANDU, Jan 23: Chief Minister of the Karnali  Province Rajkumar Sharma has said that the cabinet will be given full shape soon.

KATHMANDU, Jan 23: Chief Minister of the Karnali  Province Rajkumar Sharma has said that the cabinet will be given full shape soon.


Stating that the distribution of ministerial portfolios between the ruling coalition parties– CPN-Maoist Center and CPN-UML–has already been finalized, Chief Minister Sharma informed that the expansion of the cabinet has been delayed due to some technical reasons. “We are discussing the technical difficulties involved in adjusting the ministry,” he added.

Yam Lal Kandel, a member of  Karnali Province Assembly from CPN- UML, said that the seven-member cabinet should be formed according to the agreement.  He added that the chief minister-led committee will deal with the adjustment of the ministries.


Gopikrishna Khanal, Chief Secretary of Karnali Province, said that the technical process of adjusting the ministries will be finalized soon.
