Chairman Dahal reading out his political report

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is reading out his political report at the closed session of the party’s eighth National General Convention currently underway in the capital.

KATHMANDU, Dec 27: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is reading out his political report at the closed session of the party’s eighth National General Convention currently underway in the capital.


The closed session of the CPN-Maoist started at noon on Monday. After the closed session formed a seven-member presidium, now Chairman Dahal is reading out the political report.

In the report written by Prachanda himself in five different sections, he has also analyzed the overall domestic and international political situation.


The seven-member presidium comprises Krishna Bahadur Mahara, Parashuram Tamang, Ganesh Shah, Purna Kumari Vedi, Giriraj Mani Pokhrel, Parashuram Ramtel and Rupa Maharjan.
