KATHMANDU, Dec 27: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has submitted a political report at the eighth National General Convention being held in Kathmandu. A total of 25 groups have been formed to discuss the report entitled 'Nepali Path to Socialism in the 21st Century' submitted by Dahal.
These groups are currently studying and discussing Dahal's report. For this, separate groups of different provinces and people's organizations have been formed. For the group discussion, all the halls of the Nepal Academy in Kamaladi, the party's central office and the party palaces have been arranged for each of these groups to dwell on the report.

Standing Committee Member Dev Prasad Gurung has submitted a proposal to amend the statute.
Similarly, the group coordinator has set the agenda to present the issues raised during their groups in the closed session. After the report is endorsed, the process of selecting new leadership of the party will begin, according to the party leaders.
