KATHMANDU, Nov 29: Police have arrested two Chinese nationals on the charge of possessing eight kilograms of smuggled gold from Tribhuvan International Airport.
A team of police apprehended Chen Qinghuang and Chpen Zhaoyang who arrived in Kathmandu from Hong Kong on a Nepal Airlines flight at 11.40 pm on Thursday.

Chief of the Metropolitan Police Office Ranipokhari, Deputy Inspector General Shailesh Thapa Chhetri said the two Chinese nationals were arrested during a regular check at the airport.
Both of them have been kept at Metropolitan Police Circle Gaushala. The police have launched a probe against them.
