KATHMANDU, September 15: Nepali Congress leader Prakashman Singh has claimed that the then erstwhile CPN government led by KP Oli did not act according to Nepal's constitution and dissolved parliament twice, so the coalition government was formed to protect the constitution.
Addressing a public hearing program with the stakeholders concerned held in Kathmandu on Thursday, he said that the coalition government has saved the country from a major accident and added that the general voters should vote for the parties and leaders who will develop the country in the upcoming elections.
