Construction entrepreneurs stage demonstration demanding construction-friendly law

KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Construction entrepreneurs on Wednesday staged a demonstration at Maitighar Mandala in the capital demanding revision of the eighth amendment to Public Procurement Regulation 2076.

KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Construction entrepreneurs on Wednesday staged a demonstration at Maitighar Mandala in the capital demanding revision of the eighth amendment to Public Procurement Regulation 2076.  


Construction entrepreneurs affiliated with the Federation of Contractors' Associations of Nepal staged the demonstration demanding a construction-friendly law.

The constructors have complained that the entire construction business sector has been affected as many companies have yet to get renewed their licenses. The construction entrepreneurs said that they are ready to face actions if they have breached the agreements violating the Public Procurement Act.


The construction entrepreneurs are holding their national assembly today and tomorrow to chalk out their future strategies.
