Daraz set to lease over 10 acres of land in Kathmandu Valley

KATHMANDU, April 12: E-commerce giant Daraz is set to lease over 10 acres of land in the Kathmandu Valley. The land will be leased for a period of 10 years to facilitate the construction of logistics infrastructure.

KATHMANDU, April 12: E-commerce giant Daraz is set to lease over 10 acres of land in the Kathmandu Valley. The land will be leased for a period of 10 years to facilitate the construction of logistics infrastructure.

The company has specified that the land should be located within a distance of 3 to 4 kilometers from the ring road. In its call for proposals issued on Friday, Daraz has stipulated that the land must have direct access via a 20-feet wide road.


Interested parties are required to submit their proposals along with pricing details by April 27.
