KATHMANDU, June 15: A newly-married couple who were found semi-unconscious in Jawalakhel have died.
According to the police, Umar Century, 25, and his wife Renu Century, 25, residents of Jawalakhel in Lalitpur and originally from Sindhupalchowk, were found semi-unconscious in their room at 8:30PM on Friday. The police took them to Patan Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared them dead at 9:27PM.

The bodies of the couple were sent to the Maharajgunj-based Teaching Hospital for post-mortem examinations. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
