KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged the leaders and cadres of the NC to participate in its village and municipal conventions by adopting health safety protocols owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a message today, Prime Minister Deuba welcomed and extended best wishes to village and municipal representatives participating in the village/municipal convention process.
Saying the conviction and commitment of representatives toward the party would further strengthen the NC, he expected that the representatives of municipalities and villages would make their role effective in order to win the hearts of the people.
The central general convention of the NC is scheduled on November 25-29.
