KATHMANDU, September 14: It has been three days since Dr Govinda KC started his 20th fast-unto-death in Dhangadhi. He has made a seven-point demand including improvement of medical education and the health sector. On the third day, Dr. Kc's health has been deteriorating.
Doctor Sher Bahadur Kamar said that during the regular examination of Dr KC’s health today, the glucose level in his blood was very low. Similarly, the count of white blood cells is also low

Although a team of doctors asked Dr KC to be admitted to the hospital, Dr Kc has refused the proposal. Dr KC has also asked the doctors attending to him not to give him any medicines.
