KATHMANDU, July 15: One person has died in a tractor accident in Kalikot. The accident occurred on Sunday evening when a tractor (Bhe 2 Ta 2692) going towards Fukot veered off the road and fell around 100 meters down the road near RCP Bazar, Raskot Municipality-5, Kalikot.
According to the Provincial Traffic Office, three individuals including the driver were injured in the accident. However, the driver succumbed to his injuries. The deceased has been identified as Bir Pariyar, 27, a resident of Chingad Rural Municipality, Surkhet. The injured are receiving treatment at Karnali Provincial Hospital, Kalagaon, Surkhet. Unfortunately, Pariyar passed away during the treatment on Monday morning.

Similarly, the injured have been identified as Parakash Tiruwa, 22, and Nama Sarki, 22. They are currently undergoing treatment at Karnali Provincial Hospital.
