KHAJURA (Banke), Jan 18:  The institutional and community schools at Nepalgunj have been closed for three days in the wake of increasing cold.

The schools in Nepalgunj sub-metropolis were closed from January 17 to 19 to save children from severe cold, said Gorkha Bahadur Thapa, chief of education division at the sub-metropolis. "Increasing cold has affected teaching learning activities badly, so we decided to close schools for some days," he added.
