KATHMANDU, OCT 20 :The Election Commission (EC) on Thursday asked Nepal Police to take action against former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, on the charge of breaching the election code of conduct.

The EC said it had sent a letter to the District Police Office, Rautahat, to initiate action against the Nepal who is also the chairman of the ruling CPN (Unified Socialist).
