ILAM, May 13: CPN (UML) Vice Chairperson Subash Chandra Nembang has said that the local level election will implement the task of shifting the 'rights of Singha Durbar to the villages' announced during the drafting of the new constitution.

Speaking to media persons after casting his vote at the Mahendra Ratna Multipurpose Campus in Ilam Municipality-7 of his home district Ilam, Nembang said that more people seemed to be enthusiastic about the local level election compared to the past.


"The whole country is participating in the election to address the sentiments of the people," he said. "I am also very happy to be able to vote on the campus where I studied." Leader Nembang also urged the voters to participate in the election process enthusiastically and cast their votes for the party and candidate of their choice.
