KATHMANDU, Sept 27: The fourth edition of the Everest Premier League (EPL) scheduled to be held between Kathmandu Kings XI and Biratnagar Warriors in the capital on Sunday has been postponed due to heavy rain.
The match was postponed by the umpire after it could not start for two hours from the estimated time.

Kathmandu under the captaincy of Sandeep Lamichhane was planning for the second consecutive victory. In the first match, Kathmandu defeated the defending champions Lalitpur Patriots. This game was the last for Shahid Afridi as he had come to Kathmandu for two games.
Similarly, Biratnagar under the captaincy of Karan KC was planning for the first victory. In the first match, Biratnagar lost to Chitwan Tigers.
The winning team will get Rs 5 million and the runner-up will get Rs 1.5 million.
