ILAM, Sept 2: A big fire broke out in a house in Ranke Bazaar of the district since Sunday evening. The fire is started from the house of Thalu Man Shrestha which has spread to the houses of Bhim Basnet and Til Bikram.
The incident site is at the border of Ilam and Panchthar districts. According to assistant inspector Lila Dhoj Dhakal, at the police unit of Ranke Bazaar, police and locals are involved in controlling the blaze. “The fire engines are on their way from both districts. We are trying to take it in control.”

The fire broke out from the shop of Shrestha. However, the reason behind the incident is still uncertain, according to him. It has been reported that no human causalities have been registered till now.
