KATHMANDU, March 3: Foreign Minister NP Saud has canceled his visit to Finland at the eleventh hour. Sources indicate that FM Saud decided to cancel his visit due to troubles within the ruling coalition.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) released a statement explaining that the visit has been postponed due to 'special circumstances.' "Due to special circumstances, Foreign Minister Saud was unable to depart for Helsinki according to the predetermined schedule," stated the MoFA.
PM to visit Ghunsa in Taplejung on Sunday
Saud was initially scheduled to depart for Finland on Sunday to participate in the 'Second UN LDC Future Forum,' taking place in Helsinki, the capital of Finland, on Tuesday and Wednesday.
