Foreign currency exchange rates remain stable on Sunday

KATHMANDU, July 23: Nepal's foreign currency exchange rates continue to show stability, with the rates for the US dollar, euro, pound, and other major currencies remaining unchanged on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, July 23: Nepal's foreign currency exchange rates continue to show stability, with the rates for the US dollar, euro, pound, and other major currencies remaining unchanged on Sunday.


According to the Nepal Rastra Bank's latest data, on Sunday, the buying rate for one US dollar remained steady at Rs 130.82, and the selling rate at Rs 131.42, mirroring the values observed on Saturday.

Similarly, the Euro has maintained its rate from the previous day. The buying rate for one euro remains at Rs 130.82, and the selling rate at Rs 131.42.


However, there has been a slight decline in the value of the Euro compared to Saturday's rates. On the previous day, the buying rate for one euro was Rs 145.54, and the selling rate was Rs 147.30.


Like on Saturday, the British pound sterling has maintained its exchange rates, with the buying rate remaining at Rs 168.03 and the selling rate at Rs 168.80.


Compared to Friday's rates, the British pound sterling experienced a minor change. On Friday, the buying rate for one British pound sterling was Rs 168.83, and the selling rate was Rs 169.60.
