KATHMANDU, June 25: Four people, including a police head constable have been arrested for allegedly stealing Rs 20 million from Bhaktapur.
The police revealed that the suspects posed as a team from the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) to execute the theft.

The incident took place at the residence of Dilliraj Raut in Dadhikot, Bhaktapur. According to reports, police head constable Krishna Bahadur Bohara, along with four others, entered the house under the guise of a CIB team and stole Rs 20 million from a drawer.
A government-licensed motorcycle was allegedly used in the crime. One suspect is still at large.
Police head constable Bohara, who was stationed at Maharajgunj – 2 Battalion, has been detained, along with the other suspects: Sujan Rasaili, Bhim Bahadur Tamang, and Munaraj Rai. Bohara and Tamang are both natives of Bhotekoshi, Sindhupalchowk.
