KATHMANDU, Aug 5: The price of gold has reached an all-time high. The price of fine gold has set a new record in the market.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold stands at Rs 150,000 per tola on Monday. The price of gold remained at Rs 149,700 per tola on Sunday. However, the price increased by Rs 300 on Monday, thus setting a new record.
Price of gold hits new record of Rs 162,400 per tola
Similarly, the price of worked gold has also increased by Rs 300. On Sunday, worked gold was traded at Rs 149,200 per tola. It is being traded at Rs 149,500 per tola on Monday.
However, the price of silver remains stable. According to FENEGOSIDA, silver is being traded at Rs 1,785 per tola today.
