KATHMANDU, Oct 14: The price of gold has surged by Rs 2,900 per tola in the domestic market today.
Fine gold is being traded at Rs 113,000 per tola on Saturday. It was sold at Rs 110,100 per tola on Friday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

Similarly, the price of standard gold is set at Rs 112,450 per tola today, compared to the price of Rs 109,550 per tola yesterday.
Furthermore, the price of silver has also risen by Rs 45 per tola today. Silver is currently being traded at Rs 1,390 per tola today. It was sold at Rs 1,345 per tola on Friday.
