Gold prices nearing record highs again

KATHMANDU, July 19: Gold prices are nearing record highs again with an increase by Rs 600 per tola today.

KATHMANDU, July 19: Gold prices are nearing record highs again with an increase by Rs 600 per tola today.


The price of fine gold has been set at Rs 113,100 per tola today. It was sold at Rs 112,500 per tola on Tuesday.

The previous highest price of gold was fixed at Rs 113,300 on June 2.


Similarly, standard gold is being traded at Rs 112,550 per tola on Wednesday. It was sold at Rs 111,950 per tola yesterday.


Meanwhile, the price of silver has also gone up by Rs 10 per tola to become RS 1,490 per tola today.
