HoR dissolution case: Lawyers of writ petitioners to rest their case today

KATHMANDU, June 27: The hearing on the House of Representatives (HoR) dissolution case will continue on Sunday as well.


Advocates pleading on behalf of the writ petitioners are going to conclude their argument today.

The constitutional bench had given 12 hours to the advocates representing the petitioners to make their case. Of the 12 hours time, the petitioners now have 2 hours and 35 minutes remaining. They will also be given an extra three hours to reply.


Once the advocate representing the petitioners rest their case, lawyers representing the government will begin their argument.
