HoR polls: JSP emerges victorious in Bara-2

BARA, Nov 26: The Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Nepal has emerged victorious in the election to the member of the House of Representatives ( HoR) from the Bara electoral constituency-2.

BARA, Nov 26: The Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Nepal has emerged victorious in the election to the member of the House of Representatives ( HoR) from the Bara electoral constituency-2.

Party candidate Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav secured a victory by getting 13,822 votes against 13,468 secured by Shivachandra Prasad Kushahawa of the CPN (Maoist Centre). The vote difference between the two is 354. 


Similarly, independent candidate Ram Kishore Pradad Yadav who competed in the election with the election symbol ‘rabbit’ obtained 11,043. There was a competition among 21 candidates including from the Janamat Party, Nagarik Unmukti Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Hamro Party Nepal, Nepal Loktantrik Party, Nepal Sushashan Party and independent candidates in the election from the Bara-2.
