KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Rajendra Kumar KC has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Kathmandu-10.
KC was elected from Kathmandu-10 as HoR member by securing a total of 14,458 votes. With this win, KC has been able to make a hat-trick by winning the parliamentary election for three consecutive elections.
Nepal emerges victorious in match against Qatar
According to Returning Officer Phaneshwori Ghimire, KC defeated UML’s Himesh KC with a margin of 2,672 votes. However, the EC is yet to make a formal announcement of the result.
UML’s KC has got 11,787 votes out of the total 53,336 votes cast in Kathmandu-10.
