KATHMANDU, Feb 22: The Parliament meeting scheduled for 2 pm has been deferred until 3 pm tomorrow.
According to Basudev Sharma, press advisor of Speaker Onsari Gharti, the meeting cheduled for 2 pm today has been put off until 3 pm Thursday following the request of the nine opposition parties.
The opposition parties have urged the Parliament not run the House meeting until the Madhesi Morcha agrees to accept the results that will come out when the constitution amendment process is taken forward.
