Hyderabadi Kebab and Biryani Fest at Hotel Yak and Yeti

KATHMANDU, May 21: The flavors of Mughal was revived at Sunrise Restaurant from Friday to Sunday where Hotel Yak and Yeti presented the all-time favorite ‘Hyderabadi Kebab and Biryani Fest’ for the food lovers who crave for succulent Kebab and rich aroma of steaming hot Biryanis.

KATHMANDU, May 21: The flavors of Mughal was revived at Sunrise Restaurant from Friday to Sunday where Hotel Yak and Yeti presented the all-time favorite ‘Hyderabadi Kebab and Biryani Fest’ for the food lovers who crave for succulent Kebab and rich aroma of steaming hot Biryanis.



The Hyderabadi Kebab and Biryani fest presented a variety of lunch as well as dinner catering for a diverse group of vegetarians and non-vegetarian guests and food lovers of Indian (Mughlai) cuisine.



The menu offered a vast range with mouth watering Indian delicacies like Nizami Hand Biryani, Kachche Gosht Biryani, Whole Masala Rawa Fish, Kasturi Murg Kebab, Sea food kebab, Bharwan Aloo Dum, Aloo Udayagiri, Subji Panchamel, Gobi Muslum, and Dhingri Hara Piyaj Masala including a variety of continental dishes.



Hyderabadi cuisine is the legacy of Nizams of Hyderabad. It is known for its hot and spicy taste and includes the flavors of tamarind, coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts.
