I do go to Yester Spa and Fitness Club. It’s been one and a half years since I joined gym.

Since last three months I have been giving a special care to my fitness. Fitness plays a significant role in the life of cine artists. We should put on weight in some films while reduce weight in others.

I had to reduced my weight to fit in the Blind Rocks while put on weight in a Nepali movie “Jhyanakuti.”  I maintained my weight to 59 kilogram while doing the movie.

I have already reduced my weight to four to five kilograms with the help of gym.

Being a public figure, we should keep ourselves fit. I do go to gym in the evening after work and do exercise for around two hours, shared promising actress Benisha Hamal.

I do go to gym for five days a week, with especial care to various parts of my body and take diet as per the advice of my trainer. I avoid junk food. I give preference to water and protein. I stay away from oily foods but take five to seven eggs a day from which I am benefiting a lot.

I cannot attend gym during shootings. I go for a walk for half an hour during the period.

I strictly follow advice of my guru on fitness and diet. Gym goers should follow the rules strictly; otherwise it would harm our body.

I feel much change in myself after joining gym. I am fit mentally and physically since then.

I feel comfortable in any garment.  I think I would be doing gym even if I were not a celebrity.
