Lawmaker Singh took off his clothes as he was not allowed to speak by the Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR) Devraj Ghimire at the beginning of the meeting.
After MP Singh took off the clothes he was wearing on the upper part of his body, Speaker Ghimire warned him that further action would be taken if he did not behave politely in the HoR meeting.
