Indian national arrested with illegally imported drugs in Janakpurdham

JANAKPURDHAM, July 5: Armed Police Force (APF) personnel in Dhanusha have arrested one person with drugs that he was trying to import from India by evading customs.

JANAKPURDHAM, July 5: Armed Police Force (APF) personnel in Dhanusha have arrested one person with drugs that he was trying to import from India by evading customs. 


On Tuesday, the dental drugs being brought illegally from India were seized by the police from Barha Bigha located in Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan city-9.

APF Inspector Jay Bahadur Datheputhe informed Republica that the 29-year-old Mohammad Ekbal, a resident of Madhubani district of India, was arrested along with illegal drugs worth Rs 550,000.


The drug that Mohammad Ekwal was bringing under the seat of the Tata Punch four-wheeler of BR 32 A 1202 was seized by a team of APF personnel from Barah Bigha area in Janakpur.
