KATHMANDU, September 13: Former Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai said that Dr Gobinda KC staging fast unto death for the 20th time demanding reform in the public health education sector is a matter of shame for the state and everyone.
Taking to Twitter on Tuesday, Dr Bhattarai said, “It is a matter of shame for the state and all of us that KC has to go on fast for the 20th time regarding the issue of reforming the public health and education sector."

“Why do we all accept that there is an anomaly but not correct it? Why not operate the Geta Medical College in Kailali after all the infrastructure has been completed? Let's think in time," Bhattarai wrote further.
Demanding the implementation of his demands and the agreements made with him, KC went to Dhangadhi on Monday and started the 20th fast onto death protest.
