Lalitpur, July 20: The Johnson and Johnson vaccine is being administered to people aged between 50 and 54 years old in three municipalities of Lalitpur district today. The vaccination centers are located at Godavari Municipality, Mahalaxmi Municipality and Mahankal Rural Municipality in southern Lalitpur.
According to the Chief Administration Officer of Lalitpur Metropolis, Ganesh Prasad Aryal, government officers, health and sanitary workers, and people who have permits to travel abroad are also eligible to receive the vaccine. Similarly, differently abled people and refugees living inside the country can receive the vaccine from centers in Godavari Municipality and Mahankal Rural Municipality.
PM Deuba visits COVID- 19 vaccination centers
Earlier on Monday, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and US ambassador to Nepal, Randi Berry visited and inquired about the vaccination centers at Kupandol.
