The chief minister suggested to journalists to question the Federal Parliament lawmakers who question the performance of the provinces making public statements but do not make laws vesting the provinces with rights. He accused the federal government of delay in investing the provinces with adequate rights.
"The federal government dilly-dallying in giving powers to the provincial governments means depriving the people of the provinces from the service, facilities and the benefits they are entitled to," he said.
Chief Minister Karki reiterated that the provincial government always respected press freedom and it shall dedicate itself for developing the physical infrastructures of FNJ.
FNJ Koshi Province acting president Lav Dev Dhungana led the journalists' delegation on the occasion.
