KATHMANDU, March 26: Chairman of Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), Upendra Yadav has said that his party will not join the government led by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli ‘under any circumstance’.
Speaking with media persons in Butwal on Friday, Yadav maintained that JSP will not join the Oli-led government even if discussions regarding the release of the party’s lawmaker Resam Chaudhary and amendment to the constitution with the government are underway.

“This government is against federalism, democracy and inclusiveness. JSP won’t join such a government under any circumstance,” he added.
Yadav also claimed that PM Oli has brought political instability and confusion in the country.
Yadav’s remarks of not joining the Oli-led government comes in the wake of discussions for agreements between JSP and Oli-led government.
JSP has been adamant on not joining the Oli-led government until the constitution is amended, its lawmaker Resham Chaudhary is freed from jail and cases filed against the leaders and cadres of the party are withdrawn.
