KATHMANDU, Oct 3: A group of artists from Mandala Theatre is on a tour of western Nepal. According to a press statement released by Mandala Theatre, the mobile theatre titled ‘Smritiko Lagi Ghumti Rangamanch Bhraman’ will showcase the drama ‘Nauffrine Bhyaguto’, with an aim to express solidarity with the communities affected by the conflict.

The drama will be shown in different areas of Bardiya, Kailali and Dang during their 11-day-tour that is staged on Junkiri, a mobile bus.
Pashupati Rai has directed the drama which depicts a frog’s story and its struggles to establish itself in the society. The first performance took place in Badhiyatal Bardiya on Tuesday, and will end next Tuesday in Ghorahi, Dang. The team of artists includes Najir Husen, Archana Panthi, Umesh Tamang, Ranjana Oli, and Anil Subba among others.
