Khotang Chamber of Commerce and Industry distributes masks, sanitizers to frontline workers

KHOTANG, May 22: The Khotang Chamber of Commerce and Industry has distributed face masks and sanitizers to the police personnel deployed in the frontlines of the mid-hilly highway in the district.

KHOTANG, May 22: The Khotang Chamber of Commerce and Industry has distributed face masks and sanitizers to the police personnel deployed in the frontlines of the mid-hilly highway in the district. 


According to the president of the business chamber, Upin Kumar Rai, the organization has donated 300 sets of masks and a bottle of sanitizer each to the public offices along the Diktel-Jairam Mid-hill Highway. The health materials have been distributed to the District Traffic Police Office, Community Service Center, Police Office of Nunthala, Police Office of Arkhaoley, Area Police Office of Halesi, and Police Office of Chasmitar.

The business chamber provided these materials for the safety of the police personnels deployed in the frontlines during the pandemic. Furthermore, the organization has also started preparations for providing safety kits to the District Police Office as well.
