MORANG, Jan 8: Chief of Koshi Province, Parshuram Khapung, has appointed Rupesh Koirala as Chief Attorney of the Koshi province government.
Khapung appointed Koirala, a permanent resident of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-9, to the post on the recommendation of Chief Minister Kedar Karki as per the Article 160 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.

Newly-appointed Chief Attorney Koirala took oath of office from Chief Judge of High Court Biratnagar Ramesh Prasad Rajbhandari amid a special event on Sunday.
Present on the occasion were Province Chief Khapung, Chief Minister Karki and province ministers and others.
